Return Policy
At Wesaura, we want to offer quality products and a simple shopping experience. If an item does not suit you, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- new, unworn and unused;
- in its original packaging;
- accompanied by all tags and accessories.
Items showing signs of wear, damage or modification will not be accepted.
No cash refunds
Wesaura does not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. This credit can be used for all products available on our site.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- items on sale or clearance;
- gift cards;
- any used, damaged, or incomplete item.
Return of a Damaged Item or Item Received by Mistake
If you receive a damaged product or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution.
Return Shipping Fees
Unless there is an error on our part or a defective product, the shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
